If you like exercise and active relaxing you will fell well in our hotel. Our sport animators try to attract you to a refreshing morning exercise or water-gymnastics. Our adventurous guests can choose from various traditional and Far-Eastern motion cultures, like yoga, Chi Kungnak and Tai-Chi. The surrounding countryside gives excellent opportunity for the lovers of cycling and the more and more popular Nordic Walking.

Nordic Walking

It developed from the summer training of ski-runners, its advantage is that during the walking not only the feet are working but the arms as well, therefore the burden on the leg's joints is less, and our body uses more energy.

Stretching

Intensive muscle relaxation exercise, which helps to avoid injury during sporting activity and everyday life, and its relaxing effect helps alleviate stress.

Tai-Chi

Far-Eastern (Chinese) form of motion, which relaxes the tense muscles with its mild movements and helps relaxation.

Yoga

It is part of the old Indian philosophy, its base is the knowledge of our whole body and the harmony between body and soul. Practicing yoga has wide-range results. It gives proper body position, alleviate joint pain, the used movements and breathing exercises stimulate certain organs and blood circulation.

Chi Kung

This is a traditional Chinese treatment, breathing and meditation therapy. It is combination of concentration exercises, conscious breathing and special slow movements.

Pilates

With regular training you can reach an athletic figure, strong stomach and back. It hat 6 principels: Breathing, Concentration, Control, Centring, Precision, Flowing movement.
It is easy to learn, without reference to age or gender.

Water gymnastic

Exercises in water, especially for stomach and arm muscels. They do not strain the joints.
