Our Hotel Caramell**** was the first among the hungarian hotels as we were opened in 2005, who consciously propagated the unity and harmony of body-soul and spirit. This year we celebrate our magic 7th year. The owners, the young management and all members of our staff were prepared intensionally to "freshen up the cells" of our hotel. Now the hotel is fully air conditioned and during the last twelwe month the building - which was built after Feng Shui principles - became completely new inside and outside: new bathroom eqipments in every room, modern shower cabins, beautiful fully carpeted common areas and rooms. Also the colours of the wallpapers were changed in the entire hotel area, in the rooms, hotel corridors and in our Spa-World. The beauty- and holistic facilities had been extended, there is a new spacious lobby in the hotel and a brand new conference center for 150 persons, where the large conference room can be divided for several smaller conference rooms as well.

Just in the neighborhood of our hotel we created the confectionery with the highest standards at Spa Bük: the Villa Rosato, which is also an ideal location for weddings and other private events with a capacity of 80-100 persons. Caramell operates also the Bistro Verde - the modern fast food restaurant with a capacity of 250 persons - which is located inside of the Bük Medical Spa and Theme Park, the second best visited spa of Hungary. Our hotel is since July the owner of the most special Adventure Park of Hungary, the Crystal Tower. The further spectacular extension plans of the Caramell Family are: additional 62 child friendly rooms, a multipurpose meeting room with a capacity of 420 persons, a larger inside/outside Wellness World with a new capacity up to 2500 m2, a two-storey kid´s playhouse – these plans will be soon realized and a special Resort will be formed here. You can be also part of it by testing our future personalized offers.

During the last three years, many of the hotels were forced by the global economic and financial crisis to reduce the quality of their services. In addition to our hotel development, we would like to thank for the loyalty of our regular customers with a small plus service: without raising our prices, we completed our earlier half board catering (buffet breakfast and dinner) by offering an additional wellness lunch and afternoon cake too.
Our frequent guest program will be re-organized, just in order to provide our guests with an excellent service for more attractive value for money offers.
From now on, the frequent guests of the Hotel Caramell**** will be provided with a free night after every 10th paid night spent in our hotel and they will be priviliged to get our last few empty rooms with a discount of up to 40-50 % on last minute basis. Our free night offer is valid only in case of direct bookings from our homepage listed offers and/or booking an additional night to our packages; by booking or extending your stay through an intermediary agency, this offer will be not valid.
In case you agree and confirm this letter to us, you´ll be automatically accepted by us as a Frequent Guest of the Hotel Caramell****, you´ll be entitled to enjoy all our special allowances and during your next stay you´ll receive your personal Membership Card from us.
